How long does it take to receive my package?
Any orders placed before 12PM MST will be processed that same day and will be shipped with FREE standard shipping anywhere in the continental U.S.A. (3-5 business days) unless you select a different method of shipping at checkout. Keep a lookout for your Order Confirmation Email with your tracking number.

Is a signature required?

Not a problem! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you have 60 days to return the products along with a copy of the Order Confirmation Email.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service at info@science-ritehemp.com. Please provide the Order Number and brief reasoning for the return. Unfortunately, items sent back to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. You will automatically be refunded the product value on your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping charges not included.
